About Rules
The UES operates on a set of rules to ensure fairness and accountability. These rules guide how decisions are made, how resources are distributed, and how members are expected to act when representing the society. They establish clear procedures for elections, funding, event planning, and conflict resolution, ensuring that everyone has an equal opportunity to participate and benefit.
UES By-Laws
If you were to only read one important piece of documentation on this page, it would be the By-laws. The by-laws is a big set of rules that provide the framework that keeps the UES running smoothly, fairly, and consistently. They define how decisions are made, who holds authority, and what processes must be followed for things like elections, meetings, and finances.

We the People of the Undergraduate Engineering Society, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of Lady Godiva to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Undergraduate Engineering Society.
